RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We’re happy to accept replacement requests on all eligible items within 45 days of purchase, and refunds on orders within 30 days of purchase. If accepted, we will aim to process the refund within two days (timing in receipt of the refund may vary depending on your bank). All returns and replacements within the US are FREE!

Please note that all purchases are final sale, and any product that has been used is ineligible for a replacement. However, if there is a product defect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund

How do I start a replacement or return request? 

In order to start a replacement or return, just head to wayrid.com/refund

To get started, all you’ll need is your order number and email address. If you don’t know your order number, you can usually locate the order number by searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox. If you are still not able to find it, you can contact us at info@wayrid.com.

4)    Initiate the refund process
